Today, 6/20/26, I needed a Get Well flower arrangement in the afternoon. I started calling around Summerlin and N.W. of Las Vegas around 2:20 pm. All of the florist shops didn't take order, even it was a pickup order; because most of them were about to close at 4pm. But Apple Blossom Florist took my call and my order. They got it ready in 15 min. The flower were arranged beautifully with an affordable price. The group of the people work there is very polite and caring.

Sister in-law ordered a bouquet for my wife’s birthday (SIL is out of state). When the bouquet hadn’t arrived by 5pm I text her and she called the shop. They said would be delivered within the hour. Well, the bouquet looks like they forgot about the order, tossed it together, and delivered it. It arrived with broken flowers, uneven design, bare on the back, and not full at all. Roses look wilted too. Called to resolve, and “Terry” wouldn’t give me her name after answering the phone clearly only half paying attention. She had me text a video and said she’d talk with the owner. That was 2 days ago and I’ve heard nothing back. I’d highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If you’re local, just shop Trader Joe’s or Costco for higher quality and even build yourself, it’ll look better. Sorry, we gave them an opportunity to resolve before posting a negative review. Hope this helps someone make an informed decision.

If I could give A-Apple Blossom Florist more that 5 stars I would. I got nervous about the delivery not being made to a loved one’s funeral and Ray put me at ease by sending me pictures and proof of delivery. I really made the poor guy jump through hoops. Not only was the flower arrangement beautiful but it was personally delivered, on time, by the owner himself. I really can’t say enough good things about my whole experience with A-Apple Blossom Florist.

"If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all!" goes the old adage, and generally speaking, I refrain from leaving negative reviews, unless the conduct of the business truly warrants it. To wit, on Monday, I received a floral arrangement from A-Apple Blossom Florist that my daughter had sent me. On Wednesday, exactly 48 hours after the arrangement was delivered, over a third of the flowers had wilted. I called A-Apple, and explained and asked them for a solution. The woman, whose name I neglected to ask for, asked me to text her photos, and I asked if she wanted me to text it to the number I called, and she said yes. I sent her the photos and did not get a response. The following day, Thursday, I called and spoke to the same woman who claimed she did not get the photos, and then she said, she forwards the calls from her landline to her cell phone and so I had actually sent the photos to her landline. I asked her to text me the number she wanted me to send the photos, and she sent a text message with a phone number, allegedly for the owner and asked me to text the owner. World class customer service at this florist!! My friend was having a horrible day and I called A Apple Blossom Florist late in the afternoon to see if they would be able to deliver flowers but the designer had already gone. She immediately called me back and told me that they would do it anyways and would make sure it got there today. She even switched out the red flowers so that they were all pink, which was my friend's favorite color, and she text me pictures to make sure I liked it before I paid. The level of customer service I received was amazing! The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. It's very rare for a business to go out of their way like this and I really appreciated it. It made my friends day to receive such a beautiful flower arrangement!
